Nice booklet with our printed message…

Nice presentation booklet with our printed message on first page and arrived in good time. Will have to wait and see if the recipient of the gift enjoyed his present of driving two luxury cars at a venue of his choice.

Fantastic Customer Service

I had some paper leisure vouchers due to expire soon. I contacted support who advised that due to the pandemic they could be replaced for a gift card with an extended expiry. Megan dealt with this for me from beginning to end. She explained the process well and ensured the gift card arrived safely and on time, which it did. Can't fault the customer service. Knowledgable and quick, Amazing !

I’m disappointed because my order as…

I’m disappointed because my order as yet has still not arrived with my recipient :(I opted for a physical package to ensure an email wasn’t overlooked. I expected it to take a day or so longer but we’re now into the middle of the next week and no sign of it.I wanted to surprise twins celebrating their 11th Birthday in lockdown but it seems the surprise is on me ?

Don't bother with expensive packaging

I paid extra for the new packaging- it's rubbish and looks tacky. I wish I'd gone for the free option and just printed it myself.

the options were good but I wanted to send this as a Christmas gift and I couldn't work out how to do that, so off it went. A bit disappointing really. But I'm guessing the experience will be great!

Delighted to buy Police Interceptors…

Delighted to buy Police Interceptors experience, but I paid full price. Within an hour I had a discount voucher for 20% off which I could have used had it been earlier. Also disappointed that within a few days the price had come down to about half the cost I paid. Clearly when buying from Virgin, look at it on the internet then don't buy until the last minute.

This was a thank you gift

This was a gift for my hairdresser but there was plenty of choice as he regularly takes trips to London for pleasure so not a difficult decision. The only issue was that on the on the front page there was no date restriction but after I paid for the Experience and printed the ticket it had an end date of 30/05/2021. I was horrified as I would not have purchased it in the current situation. I did go to the Covid information and it did say that there could be an extension but you had to apply so I had to give the gift with an explanation which rather took away the pleasure of giving. The response from Virgin does not help as the expiry date should have been clear prior to purchase.
